Gilardi Production Department is equipped with 15 mechanical presses with tonnages from 20 to 650, able to form steels ferrous and high resistance, alloy steels, magnetic sheets, copper and aluminum.
Quality is monitored by SPC control stations that record data in the Production Department, making them immediately available for Quality Office.
The experience gained over the years has enabled the Company to reach high quality standards in production of engine supports, locks, electrical contacts and other automotive components.
